There are also 2 dining areas, a full kitchen with a microwave, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a front porch swing.
The back of the house looks down to the rushing mountain stream that is Monarch's fork of the South Arkansas River, and the split-level deck (with steps down to the water) makes it easy to enjoy the scene in comfort. The top level of the deck runs adjacent to the side porch of the River House.
